My mom and I have split a unit here for 21 years . The facility is great . Almost always spotless , except sometimes when the office is closed . Dean treats everybody very well, except for me . This has started since his first day working there . It climaxed yesterday where he was acting much worse than a spoiled child twords me . This is NOT because of the way that I sometimes look . I really like how professional and easy Dean is to work with at this location. I was referred by a friend and everything was true. Clean, professional, and Dean was very prompt with his follow up, showed us different units, very safe and happy were now customers! Thank you, Dean!

A-1 has a good variety of unit sizes and also interior, exterior and climate controlled units. What really makes this location superb though is Dean. If you just observe him work, you can tell how dedicated he is to providing a safe and secure environment and goes above and beyond in the customer service department. He is an incredibly diligent worker. Great, secure storage spaces and Dean at the front desk is one of the kindest customer service representatives I have ever interacted with. They definitely have my loyalty from now on! Plus they have really good move-in specials as well as access to your space until 10pm 7 days a week which is later than anything else I can find.

Rebeca at A-1 Self Storage (located at 17292 Gothard Street in Huntington Beach) is absolutely amazing. She has top notch customer service skills, super responsive, incredibly friendly, and she is more than willing to work with you. The facility looks amazing, safe, secured and very clean. I highly recommend renting at A-1 and please ask for Rebeca. She's great. -Brian

I have had THE worst experience at this facility. I hate to give them a one star because DEAN is amazing yet Dean is out for eye surgery and they have inexperienced kids filling in for him. Dave or Scott or whoever is going to see this....I need to hear from you before I escalate this further which I absolutely will.

Customer service is amazing here which it what first caught my attention. Merary was SO helpful with helping me get the right size unit for my items. This facility is clean, easy to access and the staff is great. I will be referring people here if they ever need storage. Do not go to Public Storage, come to this business instead!!

After looking for a storage unit for a couple of days i was not happy with the choices then i went over to A-1 storage in huntington beach on gothard the manager there Dean was very helpful with making sure we got the right size unit we needed and giving me confidence that my belongings would be safe there. Dean was very forward with the rules and what would not be tolerated.
