Excellent location and clean! Staff was very helpful and explained all of the monthly charges. Plus I always felt safe going here even at night.

So I will say the storage itself is nice, well kept, good temperature. The customer service is decent. A little rude and straight forward. The prices are stupid. Rise constantly. Never had a storage that rises their prices this much.

The online site was very easy to use and the follow text and phone call from Arlene were an added plus. Check in was very pleasant, overall a nice experience to start.
Jennifer is very helpful, friendly accommodating and very hospital public relations very happy with her assistance. I was able to get what I want at a discount and the access from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. drive in in the courtyard it's wonderful. Very convenient hours.
