So I will say the storage itself is nice, well kept, good temperature. The customer service is decent. A little rude and straight forward. The prices are stupid. Rise constantly. Never had a storage that rises their prices this much.
I'm a newbie here. The place is clean organized and well maintained. Security appears to be above par. Front desk is friendly and efficient. Here's to a great start.
The online site was very easy to use and the follow text and phone call from Arlene were an added plus. Check in was very pleasant, overall a nice experience to start.
Jennifer is very helpful, friendly accommodating and very hospital public relations very happy with her assistance. I was able to get what I want at a discount and the access from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. drive in in the courtyard it's wonderful. Very convenient hours.
The property manager Jennifer took great care and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. The property is very clean and secure which gives me great comfort in storing my things with them!
