Met all of our needs! My boyfriend and I moved into a smaller apartment while house hunting to save money and realized we had A LOT more stuff than we thought. After helping him condense his outdoor, drive-up storage unit, we realized we'd needed even more space. We live in North Park so I checked out A1. So impressed! Wonderful storage facility with excellent customer service (specifically Darlene). We walked in looking for a particular unit size and she was able to set us up right away with what we consider an excellent rate only further complimented by the cleanliness, convenient and easy to access location, as well as the secureness of the facility. Carts are available to move heavier items and the doorways and elevators are equipped to handle large pieces that are difficult to break down such as beds, etc. Highly recommended!

My wife and I sold our condo in North before closing on and renovating our new home in San Carlos and needed to store our stuff in the interim. I can only speak to this specific A1 location, but they were great. Darlene was incredibly helpful and helped us determine the most cost effective solution for our storage needs. Also her ability to remember customers' names and details is very impressive. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. I would use this A1 in the future without hesitation.

I rented from here about 5 months ago & since my rent increased right away I decided to clear out my unit. The convenience and cleanliness are why I choose this place as well as the exceptional customer service. Brad who helped drill out my broken $10 lock I specifically had to purchase from them when I rented the unit saved the day! He was so friendly & so helpful, thanks again for a pleasant experience, all the staff were so helpful!

My wife and I first used this A-1 facility back in August of 2012 shortly after it opened. I had used other storage facilities in the past and was never impressed with the people in charge or the cleanliness. My experience with this facility was a most pleasant surprise. Darlene, who is there most of the time, is a joy to work with. She is always upbeat and pleasant and went out of way to accommodate an upgrade in unit size for us. I've used this storage unit for 3 years. Clean, convenient, safe, and best of all Darlene in the office. She is super friendly and always a joy to see when I pick up my shipments in the office. I would recommend using this Storage to anyone.

It is on rare occasion that I have needed a storage facility in the past, yet when I did, the facility was at best, satisfactory. The units often dusty, stinky, ridden with spiders, or, my personal favorite, all of the above. When I was told I needed to have a storage unit for my job, I was hesitant. I chose this place because the facility looks brand new and because it's in a non-sketchy location. I kept my unit for 7 months while on deployment, and am very satisfied! The place is clean, smells fresh too, and has music playing at all times to keep things more welcoming. They also have automated payments which worked great for me. Additionally, Darlene is an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this place!
