I had a great experience at this storage space. Was very neat and clean and accommodating for what I needed, the gals Maira and Darlene were so nice to me, and very friendly every time I came in the office. Easy elevators, and easy location, I felt very happy leaving my belongings there, I knew they were safe and protected. Thank you guys!

Love using this storage facility. Their prices are on par with most other facilities but what sets them apart is the service. They always greet me by my first name and this morning I was offered coffee in the front office. The facility is the cleanest I've ever seen and the location (directly off the freeway) can't be beat. I've been renting from A-1 while traveling outside the country in the past and recently for extra storage space. Darlene is always very helpful and accommodating. She's the only person in San Diego that I feel comfortable keeping a storage unit with. Thanks Darlene!

Over the last 12 years of my career, I have had a storage unit for work. I get multiple deliveries a month so customer service is incredibly important to me! Last year my employer transferred me to this A-1 & I can honestly say I've never been more impressed! Darlene & staff are so friendly, nice, & attentive!
