Started a 10X10 unit rental here on 11/20/15 to help with my mom and I's move from Orange County to San Diego. Worked with Darlene extensively over the phone and she went above and beyond answering our questions, fielding phone tag calls from the both of us, and getting me set up with my lock & the lay of the land. We love this place. My business partner had a storage over here and he said for our new business this is the place. Darlene asked my name once and I don't how she does it but she remembers it, and says hi to me with a big and beautiful smile. You know business life, its always stressful, but when I see Darlene with her big smile, I start to smile too and I become happy. It's always clean, and they always have good complimentary coffee. This place is the place for my storage location as long I will need one.
Darlene and Maira have been a first class concierge service at A-1 Storage Hotel Circle. The staff is tops, the facility is first rate and the location cannot be beat!!!!! This particular facility was here for us during a very tender season as we had the storage to store the belongings of deceased loved ones. I'm giving this facility and location 5+! We have had two storage units here for over 3 years. It's clean, easily accessible but more importantly a young lady named Darlene manages it! ALWAYS pleasant, ALWAYS helpful and ALWAYS a smile and warm greeting

Darlene and Maira are wonderful! They were both so helpful in assisting me picking out a storage unit and closing my account when I was done. They also were sure to give me a military discount. I would definitely recommend this place.
My condo complex was being tented for termites and I was looking for a place to store some important items. I checked a couple of places around work that were cheaper. However they weren't very clean, safe looking or organized. I didn't want to bring back any critters when I no longer needed storage. This place is clean, organized and efficient. The security in this place top notch. If I need storage in the future, I will be using this facility again and Darlene is great- excellent customer service.
I have had to rent a lot of storage units over the years and this has been by far the best experience yet. Not only did Darlene call me within minutes of booking my unit online, but also got me into my unit just as quickly and all with a big smiile on her face and a pep in her step. I had a great experience here. The manager and sales associate offered top notch customer service, were very helpful when I had to move units and even gave me an extra day to finish emptying out my old unit without charge. I highly recommend this storage center to anyone that needs extra room. It has a variety of unit sizes sure to fit anyone's needs.
