I have had to rent a lot of storage units over the years and this has been by far the best experience yet. Not only did Darlene call me within minutes of booking my unit online, but also got me into my unit just as quickly and all with a big smiile on her face and a pep in her step. I had a great experience here. The manager and sales associate offered top notch customer service, were very helpful when I had to move units and even gave me an extra day to finish emptying out my old unit without charge. I highly recommend this storage center to anyone that needs extra room. It has a variety of unit sizes sure to fit anyone's needs. I didn't think I would sell my condo in 2 days, while looking for a new place to purchase I needed a nearby storage facility to store my furniture for a few weeks until my next property closed escrow. Thank God I found this place, Darlene was awesome and wonderful to work with. She was able to get me a move in special rate. Noel was tremendously helpful!!!!! I was in a huge time crunch to get here before they closed, mind you I didn't have a unit yet. I called frantically while driving on the highway and when I got there my unit keys and paper work was ready and waiting!! Life saver!! Thank you!!!

The customer service I received from Darlene was phenomenal. She is responsive, positive and takes great pride in her work. With all the stresses of moving, she makes the storage process seamless and even enjoyable. I had a great experience and would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the market.

This is mainly for the customer service at this location since there are several places around town to store stuff. It's nice that the associates here try to be helpful whenever possible whether you're an enthusiastic collector or looking to declutter your living space, but not quite ready to let go of such precious things. I highly recommend A-1 Self Storage to anyone! From the first phone call to check-out, they were professional, kind, and helpful. Darlene couldn't have been nicer if she tried (and really helped me to feel less anxious about having to move my things into storage unexpectedly)! The facility felt very safe and clean. I can't say enough good things about this location!
