I didn't think I would sell my condo in 2 days, while looking for a new place to purchase I needed a nearby storage facility to store my furniture for a few weeks until my next property closed escrow. Thank God I found this place, Darlene was awesome and wonderful to work with. She was able to get me a move in special rate. I loved this place for storing my goods, clothes, books. The space was perfect, clean, safe, and as already stated by just about everyone, the staff was the BEST EVER!!!!
Noel was tremendously helpful!!!!! I was in a huge time crunch to get here before they closed, mind you I didn't have a unit yet. I called frantically while driving on the highway and when I got there my unit keys and paper work was ready and waiting!! Life saver!! Thank you!!!
The customer service I received from Darlene was phenomenal. She is responsive, positive and takes great pride in her work. With all the stresses of moving, she makes the storage process seamless and even enjoyable. I had a great experience and would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the market.
This is mainly for the customer service at this location since there are several places around town to store stuff. It's nice that the associates here try to be helpful whenever possible whether you're an enthusiastic collector or looking to declutter your living space, but not quite ready to let go of such precious things. I highly recommend A-1 Self Storage to anyone! From the first phone call to check-out, they were professional, kind, and helpful. Darlene couldn't have been nicer if she tried (and really helped me to feel less anxious about having to move my things into storage unexpectedly)! The facility felt very safe and clean. I can't say enough good things about this location!
A very positive experience. Clean and well maintained modern facility and unit; great access hours; carts readily available; reasonable rates; a friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond for me on several occasions. Highly recommended.
I believe I totally scored with choosing A1. I only needed storage for 4-5 days. Darleen gave me an awesome deal, and the facilities were perfect for my needs. I will definetly be using this place again next year if needed.
I have stored here for four years , when I needed extra storage they have been very accommodating and friendly, this is the place if you need to store your stuff
