Had my things and my sister's things in storage there for a year until I finally found a place of my own. Darlene was the best! The staff is courteous, professional and well informed. If I ever need storage again I will probably go back to this location because of the staff. The place was clean, easy to access. However, I should have just sold all my stuff for the amount I ended up paying for storage. None the less it was a overall good experience.

Staff is very friendly!! Darlene is extremely accommodating and nice. Definitely a great storage unit! Clean, central and easily accessible. The best part about this place is that onsite staff is very helpful. Employees at other storage units I've had we're difficult to work with but this staff surpasses expectations!

Fast, easy and a pleasure to deal with. After getting the run around from several other self storage facilities in the area, I contacted A-1 and couldn't of been happier with the ease and level of customer service I received while making my reservation. I strongly recommend their services!

If I could give this place more stars I would because Darlene deserves at least 10 stars for being herself. My boyfriend and I were between apartments and money was tight. Darlene was so helpful! She actually took the time to listen to our situation and gave us the best deal possible. No hassle and she was the sweetest person! The units were convenient and spacious. The office closes at 6, but if you have a unit it's open until 10 unlike other storage units that only allow access until 6 or 7 pm. Definitely recommend this pl... read more

Wow... Who knew self storage revitalize could my faith in people?!?! :p On a more serious note, I had yet another really great experience with this location. I recently had a problem with scheduling a pick up to ship some boxes overseas to a new place I'm moving to. It looked like I would have to leave town before the shippers could come by to pick up the boxes I had prepared. I am leaving A1 after 2+ years, as mentioned its the 10% per year increase with no improvements such as lights or even outlets in the units. While you can rent a specific climate controlled unit most are not and are at the ambient temp, so this is my last month. Staff are wonderful, management out of touch with reality. I know cost rise annually but not to the tune of 10%, and not a single improvement when the rate of inflation is 3%. I hope more people leave to send a message

I'm in sales and am pretty critical of customer service, and I have to say, that the service and the great attitude of the folks at A1 are second to none. My daughter and I left A1 feeling great about our decision and actually felt like we made friends with these folks. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a storage facility. They are simply the best.
