Amazing customer service! I spoke to Genesis and she made sure to accommodate all my needs and they have a great deal going on where you can get your first month free for a unit!

Came in to grab a few things and the employees were very accommodating and helpful. They grabbed the products for me quickly since I was in a rush. Very friendly and approachable!

This place is fantastic! I've used storage places before in California, and this is by far the best one. Darlene was quick, efficient, and friendly. I'm so glad all my worldly belongings are safe and sound.

Darlene and Jessica are amazing! Needed to upgrade my Unit and they were very helpful and they have military discount. It was Genesis' second day working there and she was great too! Highly recommended!

Poor customer service when i moved in but at that point too much trouble to find another place, had continued poor customer service. One thing they don't forget is their rate increases. Customer service is second. As to your response. I had to dig and do the work for Kristina to get her to finally start to recommend alternatives to your rate increases. Its Kristina that is the reason for these unfavorable reviews after poor service. These reviews are here to help people and i will continue to do that.

We have been using these facilities for years to store trade show displays and supplies. They are clean and well maintained. Darlene is always friendly and accommodating to our needs. She greets us by name and really cares about the service they provide. Thanks to everyone at A-1 Self Storage!

Awesome customer service! Boyfriend is moving from the Bay Area, and we weren't going to be able to make it to the storage facility until after closing. They stayed open an extra 30 mins for us to get checked in. So helpful!

I want to say that the customer service is outstanding. If you ever deal with Darlene, you will have an experience like no other. An enthusiastic person who explained every detail and left no question unanswered. She gave me a tour of the facility and within no time I was sure I wanted to rent from A-1. The spaces are nice and clean. Well lit and properly secured. Overall, I am happy customer and thank you for the experience. Highly recommend! Thank you Darlene and Josue. A
