Although my stay here was short, from booking a rental storage online the night before to looking at the deals to the welcoming atmosphere that Darlene and Eli showed me. I would say that it was well worth it to store all of my things at this property. Darlene and Eli were great at their jobs and really made this place feel like home. I was offered coffee, cream and sugar and they even let me stay in the office when I was waiting for the moving company to finish moving my things from the storage. This place Gets 5 stars because of Darlene ! She has great customer service always friendly, and says hi too you when she sees you . She has great memory she even remember me way back when I had a storage unit here from before . She very helpful ! And keeps the place very clean I always see her cleaning or doing something keeping the storage unit spotless. Y'all did a great job hiring Darlene she a asset to your company !

What an amazing experience it has been at A-1. Darlene was very helpful through the whole process and is always on standby if we ever need anything. It can be tough finding the right storage facility in the area that fits your needs but you can put all doubts aside when it comes to this place. Over the last 15 years, I have rented storage from multiple companies in multiple locations around California, and Darlene at A1 in San Diego Mission Valley is the most personable, concerned, competent manager I've ever encountered. She responds to your needs and actually cares that the customer is taken care of. Easily 5 stars. Best possible storage facility. Neat and clean. Darlene and her staff are the friendliest possible people. I never thought of "storage" being a customer service industry until using their facility the last few years. Cannot recommend this facility enough.
