We went to this location to look at the sizes they offer to figure out what size would be best for us. Darlene, Julie and Leo have the best customer service we have received in awhile. They were all so welcoming and helpful. It was very easy to decide to choose this location.

A-1 Self Storage what's the fifth stop on my hunt for a clean and appealing storage place. Everything else I had seen was either dirty, hard access or the office staff grumpy. Leo and Darlene greeted me with a very friendly hello and had everything I was looking for including a safe, secure, well lit, easily accessible, clean and accommodating storage. Thumbs up!!

Darlene has the best customer service ever. I work with the public and she was very nice & welcoming. The storage place had a very clean, free of dust & odor appeal to it. It was very festive & ready for Christmas & the Toys For Tots drive box ready to give. Darlene helped me out right away. She was nice and very helpful. I appreciate that very much. I'm so glad that I came here today & Darlene was here to help me!!!

This has been the best storage experience so far - and I've only been a customer for a few weeks! Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and flexible. They each made me feel well taken care of with great customer service every step of the way so far. Anyway! Very highly recommend, very easy to get to, to access, and the group there is easy to work with and very accommodating.

Darlene is great and always informs our company when packages arrive. They even have boxes waiting on Dolly carts for us. Would recommend this storage location to any of my friends because of the great customer service. No complaints from me.

Leo was a dream to work with. I called around one day looking for quotes, got busy, and a few days later he followed up and asked if I needed further assistance. He mentioned a special that beat all other quotes, and when we showed up there was no catch. He showed us the facility. Extremely clean and nicely accessible. Darlene was there too who was also very nice. They have my business so long as I'm in San Diego.

Very effecient and effective business. Darlene really goes above and beyond, excellent customer service!! The place is kept extremely clean and there are dollies you can use. I would definitely recommend them.
