Used this A-1 storage because it had such a great location and near my place. I had reviewed Yelp and had noticed all the positive comments. They are all right. Such a welcoming personality and so willing to work with you. They have a clean, safe storage building and I never had any trouble while I had my stuff stored there. When I needed to close my storage management again was so kind and helpful. Will come back when I need to rent storage in the future. Thank you!!!

Darlene and Rana are so professional and courteous! By far one of the nicest storage facilities I've found and I'm always impressed with how well it is managed by these ladies.

First off I have to say that the staff there is professional - and awesome. The problem with this place is they have a lot of hidden fee's and they up your rate the loner you are there. But when they are full and no space they keep it level. I think this is a problem with all storage facilities. They don't count on us having to move our things so they will charge you more and more and you juts have to take it unless you are willing to spend the money and time moving your things. Rana and Darlene were SO nice and even more helpful. They promptly answered all my questions. I rented a 2nd floor unit, which is not a climate-controlled unit, but when I am at the unit during daytime it stays reasonably cool, so I was relieved since I am storing some art there. It is very professionally managed and my storage unit is immaculate.

We drove to this location because of its outstanding review. As soon as we walked in the office, Darlene, the manager greeted us right away. She was very pleasant and accommodating. She even mentioned a closer A1 Storage location from where we live and went out of her way to see storage availability. We ended up choosing their Frazee location because it is close by but nonetheless, both locations have superb and outstanding customer service. Thank you Darlene and Kim!

I went to this A1 storage last month to inspect the fire alarm system along with one of my Sales Reps and the facilities are kept immaculate both in and out. It's the cleanest and most well kept storage I've seen so far. We were treated with great customer service by Darlene and we were provided with everything we needed to perform our job. I highly recommend them.

My co-worker Joett and I had to stop by today to perform a fire inspection, and Darlene was quite hospitable. Enthusiastic when she didn't need to be, meaning, we weren't her customers but she treated us as if we were. By Darlene going out of her way to offer us Coffee, water, and even M&M's, it really made our work experience even more enjoyable. Wow! Customer service at its finest! It is so refreshing to see businesses with such amazing pride in what they do. The facility is very clean and the staff is A+. I used this unit for work related reasons and every time I came to utilize my unit, I was greeted by my first name. This top Nott service is such a rare thing to find in many businesses but I was fortunate to find this one and I want to pay it forward by recommending anyone who needs a storage unit to come here. You will not be let down!
