Idalia made the process of renting a storage unit so easy and smooth. She listened to my needs and even remembered she had a recent opening closer to the entrance that made moving my household into a smooth process. She was so on top of my reservation beforehand and followed up when she said she would. Overall this was a great experience thanks to her!
Put all my personal belongings in a storage unit at this location when I left for deployment. I was slightly concerned because I had never done this before, but Darlene assured me everything would be fine. Sure enough, after 9 months, everything is just as I left it. The facility is kept immaculately clean and the customer service at this location is beyond reproach. Darlene and her team were very patient with me, addressing all my concerns and questions. Highly recommend this location if you are in need of a unit!
Thank you to this amazing company for the amazing job they did. I spoke with Darlene and her service was phenomenal. She was so accommodating, and the storage unit was so clean. They take the Covid protocols very seriously. I will absolutely use them again if need be. Thank you so much!

I usually don't go out of my way to leave Yelp reviews; however, I felt it was necessary to recommend this particular A-1 Self Storage because of the great customer service from Darlene! I rented a storage unit for about a month and Darlene made checking in and checking out a breeze. The facility was pretty clean in my opinion as well.

Super helpful and easy to deal with. Zero red tape. We upgraded from a small to a large unit. All arranged in 5 minutes or less with DARLENE. We hope the owners of this business appreciate the amazing staff they have!!

Excellent customer service is truly hard to come by especially in today's technologically advanced society.
