Super helpful and easy to deal with. Zero red tape. We upgraded from a small to a large unit. All arranged in 5 minutes or less with DARLENE. We hope the owners of this business appreciate the amazing staff they have!!
Excellent customer service is truly hard to come by especially in today's technologically advanced society. The pandemic has impacted all of us on different levels, and a helping hand is such a blessing to come by. Darlene is a LIFE SAVER. The entire staff is friendly and informative, and the facility is clean and easily accessible. If I could give a rating on a scale of 1-100 I'd give a 110. Darlene and her amazing assistant Idalia were marvelous hosts!! They provided me a very professional platform and approach and gave me such great service that I am compelled to write this review! The facility is new and immaculate,very easy access. Darlene and her staff are incredibly great and good people. I would recommend this facility to my mother is how great it is.

This location is awesome! They are super friendly, super accommodating, and always attentive to their customer's needs. Whether it's by phone or in person, they always have a smile for you. The location is always clean and accessible. I would rent a unit here again without a doubt.

I visited quite a few storage facilities in the Mission Valley area and A-1 Self Storage (by Jeromes and Lyft) was by far the cleanest of all the facilities. The transaction was fast, easy and straight forward. I'm thrilled with A-1.
The A-1 support team was very responsive, they answered all of my questions dealing with climate controlled units since I was having to store some sensitive items. Also, the entire rental experience online was painless and they called to follow-up immediately after I secured the unit. Nice overall experience for my first time ever renting a storage space!
