Awesome customer service! Boyfriend is moving from the Bay Area, and we weren't going to be able to make it to the storage facility until after closing. They stayed open an extra 30 mins for us to get checked in. So helpful!

I want to say that the customer service is outstanding. If you ever deal with Darlene, you will have an experience like no other. An enthusiastic person who explained every detail and left no question unanswered. She gave me a tour of the facility and within no time I was sure I wanted to rent from A-1. The spaces are nice and clean. Well lit and properly secured. Overall, I am happy customer and thank you for the experience. Highly recommend! Thank you Darlene and Josue. A

Darlene, you're amazing! I'm so glad I came into A1 storage in person because without a doubt you sold me on wanting to rent a unit from A1 and this location. You were incredibly healthful with getting a size unit and price that was right for me and my situation. I can't thank you enough!!!

Getting another rate increase. Amazing how much their costs go up every year. Sorry to see this happen because the staff is great. We have had a rate increase every year we have used the facilities. Time to do a little comparison shopping.

It took about 15 mins to get my 10x10 unit! Easy and fast. Great storage facility to store all your stuff. Very secure and I feel safe leaving my valuables there. Thanks!!

This is an incredible storage facility. The facility itself is super clean, climate controlled, easily accessible, and has a great security system. However, the staff makes it even better! I've just got to say that Darlene is a key part of that team over there, she goes above and beyond for the customers! Thank you so much for helping me with my storage needs. The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely store here in the future.
