This is an incredible storage facility. The facility itself is super clean, climate controlled, easily accessible, and has a great security system. However, the staff makes it even better! I've just got to say that Darlene is a key part of that team over there, she goes above and beyond for the customers! Thank you so much for helping me with my storage needs. The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely store here in the future.
Fantastic! Any size store room available, they have elevators, automatic lights, and enough complementary push carts for everyone. The front desk is knowledgeable and polite, and everything is SPOTLESS!!!
So happy I chose to store my apartment here... meaning furniture from my apartment here. The staff is amazing, super friendly and accommodating. You get this feeling of "home" when you walk in. Used this A-1 storage because it had such a great location and near my place. I had reviewed Yelp and had noticed all the positive comments. They are all right. Such a welcoming personality and so willing to work with you. They have a clean, safe storage building and I never had any trouble while I had my stuff stored there. When I needed to close my storage management again was so kind and helpful. Will come back when I need to rent storage in the future. Thank you!!!
Darlene and Rana are so professional and courteous! By far one of the nicest storage facilities I've found and I'm always impressed with how well it is managed by these ladies.
