Every person I have dealt with that represents AAA, from the scheduling representatives to the technician who did the work, have been extremely professional and made me feel that solving my issue in a timely fashion was of great importance to them. I got a call saying our repairman was to arrive in 15 minutes - he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with follow-up / choices on repair. I could not be more satisfied.

This makes our second appliance that has been serviced by AAA this year. They are very professional and what is most important is they LISTEN to the customer and don't bury themselves in technical data. In my opinion you can't make a better appliance repair choice!
After 6 week's of dealing with another appliance repair service and not being able to wash clothes, American Home Shield turned my problem over too AAA who sent Matt to our home. Matt was very understanding and listened to what I had to say. After explaining my problem and telling him that The Kid who was sent out twice for the same problem didn't know anything other than how to change part's, Matt said let me try something.
