Mathew and jennifer are amazing. Dealing with Samsung was a nightmare but these guys from AAA Appliance were amazing. If you have to deal with anybody I would recommend asking for these two. They made a bad situation bearable. Calling into AAA Appliance Jennifer was always so kind on the phone. I know I bugged her calling so much but between Samsung not doing what they're supposed to do and me having to try and get her the information and warranty and everything she was my ray of sunshine.
