Bobbie Fernandez was our technician and he did an amazing job!!! really happy with the install and our new alarm system.
Manuel and Billy came to install my security system yesterday and I'm so grateful! They were super professional and efficient, and they explained everything clearly to me, which was quite a feat because I am a newbie as it comes to security systems and I had a lot of questions. I chose AAA amongst all the options partly because I hold my insurance through AAA and I like the idea of one stop shopping, but also I like the idea of how seamless the system is and how I can integrate all of my needs. So far so good!
Philippe, Jason & Ying were very professional, personable and helpful. We appreciate AAA sending us their best. Definitely will recommend them to family & friends.

Derek C and Doug S were our technicians that came out to install our security system. It's our first time having this and it was a lot to learn, but Derek made it very easy for me to understand. He absolutely knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. Doug was his trainee and he was doing good as well! Now we can feel more secure thanks to these two gentlemen. :)
Phoenix AZ Thomas, our senior A3 Smart Home technician, took care of all the upgrades we wanted for our alarm system. Now everything is running to our satisfaction. We cannot praise Thomas enough. Besides his technical expertise, which we think is top notch, he has great people skills, too, which means he comes across as somebody, who really cares about his client's concerns and does project confidence that he can and will address them. I had a great experience with getting my alarm system installed. The two tech's were professional and nice. Doug scott and Tarek Ghalayani did a great job. Anyone would be lucky to get there services.
Without a doubt THE WORST COMPANY I have ever been involved. I was probably on hold nearly 30 hours in the past 3-4 weeks as their technicians tried to remove a medical device from the memory of my alarm system. I will say they were all very nice and polite, but absolutely no clue to fix my issue. It took 3 trips to my home from different technicians (of which I had to wait 2 hours for them to show up, 2x3=6 hours for just that part) Stay far away as possible
Ying and Brandon from Sacramento were fairly quick and respectful upon installation. They helped me get set up on my phone and they called before arriving with an ETA. Just a good service provided.
