Not a great place to do business with-sales force truly does not understand what the words "wired" and "wireless" mean-if you use Google and Chrome browsers you cannot see live action-you must use Microsoft Edge-there is a limit of 3000 clips for every billing period and an extra monthly charge for more shots or clips-Our isuues are we were without service for 6 days we are vulnerable folks in our 80's and semi isolated in a rural area and of course an AAA customer for 40years or more-so why not go with AAA-that as it turned... read more

Bobby and Manual came on time, we have been having a lot of issues contacting AAA and explaining our situation. They had to spend a long time on the phone to arrange the service visit. We had some cameras to install and others to service, and they took care of everything quickly. We're very happy with the service and they helped us fight for some billing issues that we've been having. 10/10

The technician Manuel came to our home in order to install our security system, he was on time and did an excellent, clean work, he explain us and answered all our questions with patience. He came with servicial attitude and also with good manners. Very pleased with this installation process.

We got AAA Smart Home installed at our place and Manuel helped us through the process of change-over. Not only we found Manuel technically competent, and he installed the home security system in the most professional manner, both my wife and I were also impressed by his ability to explain the system to us in a very effective way. The system is working well for us now, and we are a satisfied consumer of AAA services.

It took four people coming out, but our system is finally up and running. No one found the issue until Tarek. He was absolutely amazing. I must say that the people who installed the system were completely ill equipped to do so. Ying and the two people who accompanied him were not able to do the basic requirements (i.e., connect everything afterwards) or even ensure that they installed everything correctly (i.e., when they installed the panel, a wire came loose and there was no checking). They bought out Safeguard and we have hated them ever since. Now, they have upgraded our system panels at our cost and they are such a piece of crap compared to the old ones that Safeguard used. The audio part sounds very cheap and you cannot change the voice being used. It is also low volume to where we can hardly hear it and we have the volume level all the way up.
