AAA offered such a lower rate on our homeowners insurance if we purchased their smarthome/security package. We do not regret it. Brian, (basically our dedicated technician) is always on call for any issues. Home Automation is a great feature.

I was very impressed with the sales rep Jonas, installer Brian and the other installer (didnt get his name unfortunately). They were very knowledgeable, extremely patient and very respectful of my home. The installers didn't want to leave until it was done right and did not rush it. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. It felt like they gave old school customer service which I very much appreciated. We need more of that! They definitely deserve recognition for a job well done. Thank you!

The dynamic duo of Alex&Alex gave us amazing customer service. Our alarm system was going haywire with lots of errors and issues. Alex&Alex were masters at troubleshooting and fixed everything perfectly. They also made sure that everything was working fantastically before they left.
