Installers were knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. Equipment is up to date technology and minimal compared to my older system. Would highly recommend this service!!

CROOKS!!!! WORST SERVICE!!!! STAY AWAY!!! AAA "Smart Home" needs to Stick with roadside assistance. False alarms the past 2 weekends at a family's business. The most RIDICULOUS part is the the alarm hasn't even worked in OVER A YEAR!!! INCOMPETENT!! And still charging the customer FULLY for the last year!!! They should charge you for their employees having to check the building after 4 false alarms JUST THIS MONTH!!!! Get it together AAA Smart Home!!!. AAA offered such a lower rate on our homeowners insurance if we purchased their smarthome/security package. We do not regret it. Brian, (basically our dedicated technician) is always on call for any issues. Home Automation is a great feature.

Two words: TOTALLY AWESOME! Not only was their response to my inquiry on getting an alarm system put in it was installed the next day. Not many businesses give this kind service. I was very impressed with the sales rep Jonas, installer Brian and the other installer (didnt get his name unfortunately). They were very knowledgeable, extremely patient and very respectful of my home. The installers didn't want to leave until it was done right and did not rush it. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. It felt like they gave old school customer service which I very much appreciated. We need more of that! They definitely deserve recognition for a job well done. Thank you!
