Brando who installed my new alarm system was just wonderful. Kept everything neat and explained everything to me on how to use the system. I highly recommend him.

If I could give AAA a ZERO for service, I would. Service requests are handled by phone from Tempe, AZ with calls to local scheduling repair services. Even in emergency situations the reply is, "UNFORTUNQATELY, no repair persons are available until tomorrow at noon. Someone will call you when they are available." Meanwhile, my system is going off ALL NIGHT LONG. Horrible horrible service. BEWARE of this company.

I started with AAA Smarthome in April. System still isn't working and I am on the phone at least once a month for an hour trying to get it set up. Smoke detector never did work. This company isn't even trying!

I was trying to find the best company for my security needs and end up with a lemon for a company. They installed the equipment and made it imperative that I had "to" sign up for autopay which was fine. Instead of taking the payment out the first month, they didn't take it out for 3 months. I called to discuss what happened and to discuss my options for canceling the equipment contract since it was tied to the payments only to get transferred to different departments...they didn't want to hear this. Thanks to Blong for doing a great job with installation of our security system. He was knowledgeable and helpful which made the process go well. The system is outstanding with technology that will definitely keep us safe along with securing our home.

I was in the market for upgrading 2 home security systems. I asked for a quote from my current provider, but received much better equipment and monthly fees than current from A3 Smart Home. So I made a change to A3 Smart Home (AAA)!! I was able to determin the devices I wanted for each home including the upgrade to include several cameras. So glad I pay for an alarm that often goes offline. After speaking to a tech I am told that the system needs to be upgraded before it will work again. So basically they want more money. Glad I have other means of securing my home. I use Bay Alarm for work, looks like it's time to make a change. I do not recommend this company!

I got my AAA Smart today!! Manuel helped in installing all the equipments. He was patient, helpful, and considerate. He went above and beyond in making changes to my existing contract as well which was great. Along with that, he was organized and quick with his work. I am very satisfied with his services.
