We were comparing systems and found that most systems are pretty much similar. Price and quality were important to us but of course, customer service is of the utmost priority. AVOID this company!! We were Safeguard customers before they were bought by this company. Terrible company for existing customers. They bounce you between departments when you need help. Our equipment is old and we were looking to upgrade to new equipment with new features. Never got any call backs when we reached out to sales. So I stopped trying. I recently had a security system installed by a Tech named Chad. Me and my wife are super happy with the service he provided. He was professional, patient, honest, took his time to explain everything to us and make sure we got everything we needed. I will continue to refer people to AAA Smart home. Chad deserves a raise or bonus, he is one hard worker. Thank you Chad! We are 100% satisfied with everything he has done.

Manuel from AAA Smart home made everything look easy. He consulted me before every placement and was knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. He informed me upfront how much time it would take for the installation and went over my order before starting the install to avoid complications later. If i'm being honest, AAA was not my first choice but with their thanksgiving specials, I got a kick ass deal and went for it. So far so good and my only call out is the voice command is too fast. Brando who installed my new alarm system was just wonderful. Kept everything neat and explained everything to me on how to use the system. I highly recommend him.

If I could give AAA a ZERO for service, I would. Service requests are handled by phone from Tempe, AZ with calls to local scheduling repair services. Even in emergency situations the reply is, "UNFORTUNQATELY, no repair persons are available until tomorrow at noon. Someone will call you when they are available." Meanwhile, my system is going off ALL NIGHT LONG. Horrible horrible service. BEWARE of this company.

I started with AAA Smarthome in April. System still isn't working and I am on the phone at least once a month for an hour trying to get it set up. Smoke detector never did work. This company isn't even trying!

I was trying to find the best company for my security needs and end up with a lemon for a company. They installed the equipment and made it imperative that I had "to" sign up for autopay which was fine. Instead of taking the payment out the first month, they didn't take it out for 3 months. I called to discuss what happened and to discuss my options for canceling the equipment contract since it was tied to the payments only to get transferred to different departments...they didn't want to hear this.
