I called AAA Home Security and complained about receiving a 25% increase in our monthly rate the person on call told me that I was notified by mail a month ago that the increase would occur I do not remember receiving any notification what so ever I now worry about the timing of the next exorbitant rate increase I strongly suggest you do not retain AAA Home Security because of mailing and pricing problems

Poor customer service. Equipment doesn't work well. Door camera sucks! Charge for any service even though you pay a monthly fee.

Rudy and Sal were courteous, informative, and professional. It was a seamless switch out of the old equipment to upgrade to the latest wireless system.

Would give a zero star if available. The absolute WORST business I've ever dealt with in every way. Do not use this company for a home alarm system. I just called for the 5th time this month (both of my sisters each have called repeatedly too for the same issue) yet the agent literally just said he could not set up an appointment for a technician to come out. I'm not even sure where to begin. The camera on the doorbell and on the control panel would never connect for a live feed if someone was in front of my door. Several times it was armed and I was inside my apartment without disarming it and it never went off. Billing. Lol it really was regular free comedy. We were lucky to have our home installed with Smart home. The technicians were professional and explained everything down to a T. I'm very happy with the install! My technicians were Anthony and Ying great job fellas!

Just can't speak about how well this process went . I had a great experience with Nadene when I first purchased product at the Roseville. To the installers who came my home Derek and Jason, the clean and professional installation. The value and support you get is well worth the money, considering their cost is compared to other competitors.
