Just had our new alarm system installed. Raj was very professional and thorough. He explained the system and walked us through it.

I was very impressed with the sales rep Jonas, installer Brian and the other installer (didnt get his name unfortunately). They were very knowledgeable, extremely patient and very respectful of my home. The installers didn't want to leave until it was done right and did not rush it. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. It felt like they gave old school customer service which I very much appreciated. We need more of that! They definitely deserve recognition for a job well done. Thank you!

Ezra Holmes performed an outstanding job. He was on time and thoroughly with his instructions and workmanship. Very patient and respected our property. My wife and I highly recommend Ezra for any complex high-level jobs. He will be good at working with difficult customers. The dynamic duo of Alex&Alex gave us amazing customer service. Our alarm system was going haywire with lots of errors and issues. Alex&Alex were masters at troubleshooting and fixed everything perfectly. They also made sure that everything was working fantastically before they left. They gave us prompt, friendly, professional, and effective service. A+++++ for both of them! Please give them a promotion and a raise!

Gavin did a great job setting up my home security system. We worked together to pick the appropriate spot for the cameras. He thoroughly explained how the system works.

My alarm panel wend dead over the weekend. I called AAA Smart Home Monday and a tech tried to walk me through re-setting the panel. We scheduled a tech, Kevin, between 10-12 Wednesday. Kevin and Jack arrived promptly at 10 am and informed the panel was faulty and they would replace it. In addition they found several of my alarm sensors faulty and replaced those as well and the power source to my panel was fried. They re-routed the power source.
