Phillip was rude. Oil change took 3 hours

Poor service when the service department doesn't even acknowledge you when you take your vehicle to get serviced and just for a oil change and a tire rotation, it took approximately four hours to complete on a non-busy day. I will no longer be taking my vehicle to be serviced there even if I bought it there. I will take it to a different Nissan dealership.

180$ to get no more information than Autozone gave me for free. No ground points cleaned, or electrical connection cleaning for an obvious electrical problem. Design of the electrical connections on this vehicle are HORRIBLE. Nearly all electrical main connections are located right NEXT to the battery. most corrosive area on the car.

I waited 4 hrs while my car suspension (shocks/struts) was checked. Nothing bad was found. After that and driving away from your facility i noticed my passenger airbag light will not turn off. I did not drive back to have it checked but i have a bad feeling. After all you dont need 4 hrs to test drive.

They need to pay more attention to the customers cars used or new vehicles and have them ready for sale
