Came for a 59.99 oil change which they were promoting, got charged 82.5 before tax, 100% scam.

When we bought the vehicle at ABC Nissan they promised us free service for 2 years, but now they say that it was only 2 services. That makes me feel bad because they promised something that they are not doing now.

Car brought in late Friday for leaking battery. Said they would work on it Saturday. I called Saturday since I had not heard anything. Told that they were waiting for info from Nissan on how much replacement cost would be. Called Monday at 12, left vm with advisor. Tues called again vm with service mgr and advisor. Finally got advisor and was told Nissan hasn't called back for warranty price & I could pay for entire cost. Asked for number to Nissan to see what hold up is. Filed a complaint. Be careful and be warned of shady employees at abc nissan. Never again will we buy a vehicle there. The finance guy that did our paperwork's was the worst! Make sure you read the contract. He did something fraudulent that we caught and took me a a few weeks to be taken off. Do a research.

I cannot start my car but My battery is only about 1 year old. They did not check the code and just replaced my battery and did some maintenance for total about 700 bucks. About 3 days later I cannot start my car again. This time they checked the code and found something wrong with the brake. Nothing wrong with my battery at all. They repaired finally but cost 140 again. They should check the code to check what is wrong not just replace my battery

My vehicle has been repeatedly misdiagnosed and in repair over 30 days (and counting) in the last 6 months. A loaner vehicle is available at times which is helpful. I certainly had hoped that my vehicle would be treated well and repaired properly initially.
