The advice given by the technician was great! The service was performed well with a reasonable price... However, the person that I was working with gave the impression that he was not expecting me to pay... As if he had presumed that I wasn't going to pay. I didn't like the fact, that on the day I went to pick up the car, I called to get the status, and was told when I called, to come get the car. Also, if I had known they were going to clean out the inside, and vacuum, I would have declined, because I don't know what was thrown away??? Also, I had a used tire on the car. I was given a new tire, along with an alignment, but the alignment didn't take???? Now what do I do????
Terrible Bought a Infinity QX80 Had it for 5 days and the rear axle froze up just outside of Albuquerque and I have been without my vehicle for almost 2 weeks waiting on parts and it is still at an Infinity dealer in NM ABC nisson offered any help with the situation

Issac is a LIAR! He will gain your business, have you drive to the office and the car will be sold. I was told my $2000 down payment would be refunded and then after giving the keys back I was told it wouldn't be so I had to dispute with my bank. Please stay away from this company!
I dropped my car of at 11:30 am and they never serviced the vehicle. I had an appointment at 11:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived around 11:15am. I called around 2:45pm to check on the car, and I was told it was next to be worked on. They had the car for 3 hours and never touched it. I told them to just park it because I am going somewhere else. My vehicle was very warm inside so they had my car in the sun all that time. I will never take any vehicle to this place ever again.

They lied to me multiple times about my rate and lender approval, once we finally agreed and they gave me the out the door cost they agreed to, they tried to take back the offer because they didn't want to "eat the cost" and tried to tell me deal was not done. I called lender and deal was done and I was approved. One of the sketchiest things I have ever been a part of. The lender they approved me with is who I will deal with now. I won't set foot in the dealership again. You should not either.

They never completed my deal with a bank and had to return the car. There was no explanation, no sympathy. Sold me the car with a crack windshield, back break light out, and the trunk did not open. Then questioned me when asked if they were going to fix it.
