I came in for an oil change. Upon reviewing the charges I noticed there was a 19.99 tire rotation charge when I asked the service advisor he stated they had completed this service. I reminded him I did not request the service, he said he would remove it which I appreciated. I pressed asking him to confirm whether a rotation had been completed or not. His response was yes. We came here for a part recall and when we showed or for the premade appointment they said they didn't have the part. We tried again a month later, and when we showed up for that appointment the mechanic that works on that part wasn't there. So we rescheduled for the next week. Each visit we received a laundry list of "needs immediate attention", but never the same list. Their response was "depending on the tech"... well if there is an issue, there is an issue right? Would've been zero stars if I could they are very pushy salesman gott me into something I can barely afford promised me all sorts of luxury they're friendly until the deal is finalized then comes the extra nonsense
I went for routine maintenance twice and both times something happened to my car as soon as I left dealership. I did over hear manager tell staff to push repairs.
You get scammed if you buy a vehicle from this store. They bait and switch you on your contract and vehicle you get talked into
Horrible I will never ever go back to that dealership again they baited and switched me is what I was told by another Nissan dealer. Horrible place don't go to this dealership ever. I write to the customer service person and still they have not responded to me. I bought a car a year ago and it didn't pass emissions because the OBD Sensor was tampered with. They will pressure you into buying at used car at full price of a new car. They also had me lie to the credit lender in order to try and get it approved. I am a mental disable person and once I realized what they was doing they said it's nothing that they can do until I have it for a year. They know I just had a baby so I needed a car so they made it seem like they gave me a great deal but still added additional charges so my 5000 down made no difference in my financial situation
