Advisor was the rudest advisor I worked with during my maintenance services past 6 years. Argued and when asked for pics he stated I can crawl under car and see. very unprofessional.
I scheduled my oil change appointment for 9am and left 3 and 1/2 hours later. Very disappointing and I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere
I took my Leaf in for recall work. The service dept. was unable to get the software update to work. So - the recall work still needs to be done. When the car was new, I took it in because I couldn't get the Nissan Connect to work and the service dept couldn't get that working either.
Didn't check the whole car what it needs
Management is horrible they called me with a verbal agreement with misleading information telling me to come sign paperwork so they can tow my car out of abc collision center, they are so money hungry they had to lie to me to get my signature so they can work on my vehicle for a profit. They are miserable people!
2.5 hour wait for an oil change. The service rep was not very good with information about my car.
Did not listen to my explanation of problem. Required second visit to fix the problem.

The car was completely filthy inside. It had a horrible defect on the middle glove compartment as well as sun damage on the outside the told me to car. It was a nice car in general regarding its mileage and new tires and brakes.
