WORSE SALES EXPERIENCE EVER Worked with them over a 4 day period on buying a new Armada. They bashed other dealers saying they are the only ones who guarantee their quotes and other dealers will bait and switch you when you get in. After negotiating and them guaranteeing me a price multiple times that this is my price out the door, I finally agree to come in a buy the armada and I get a call from the manager stating they cant do the deal and my payment would be $20 higher. I was using all of the numbers going through Nissan, and using the College Grad Program incentive. When we had to use outside financing, we lost the incentives, which made your payment a little higher. Empty promises I went there this weekend with a pre approval letter and car picked out and it still took over 5 hours. And whil waiting for finance found a paper on the table next to me unattended in the waiting are with someone’s personal info and social security number on it. Then The person in finance said everything was good and they were confident they could get this deal funded 5 days later and 3 trips later (80 miles round trip each time) Now they can’t do it . Lies, deceit, and a complete waste of time... Just stay away from these guys, they lie and really help to prove the shady car salesman line is true and is totally fair to say about them. They added $2900 to agreed upon price at the last minute! Shady and slimy as can be. Told me the price we negotiated didn’t include the reconditioning since they took it in trade. Also car had a broken windshield and headlight - both major safety issues.

BAIT and SWITCH Yesterday I saw a black Honda Accord for sale on the ABC Nissan website....just what I was looking for...a glowing detailed discription and picture ..with price and other features that I wanted. I clicked "send message" and immediately got a call from a sales rep acknowledging my query. We discussed this specific car in detail and she asked me to come in to test drive it.. NEVER NISSAN AGAIN...ESPECIALLY FROM ABC I have purchased SEVERAL Nissan vehicles and usually from ABC. Several family members and friends have bought from them as well because of my recommendations. AWFUL! Worst experience ever with a dealership. We made an appointment to see a car for Mon @ 6:30 pm. We drove from the city of Maricopa, an hour away. We get a different sales person because supposedly ours was in a meeting. He drives my car, gets the info about...30 min STILL have not seen the car we came out to see. We finally get to see it, The xxxx thing does not start. Then we have to wait again to get MY keys back so we can leave. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
