Found a used car listed online at their location, called to verify it was available -- it was. Salesman "Mike" also responded that it had not yet been inspected. Went to dealership to take a look, and after a bit was told the car had been inspected, and instead was "going to auction"... and would we be interested in something else... Is this classic "bait and switch" or what???

Stressful, uncomfortable, and intense environment for me. They also checked my credit score without my permission. I never asked them for auto loan (I already have auto loan approval from my bank with low APR). They pressure you unless you sign their paper and take the car with whatever price they offer. The sales lady was nice though. The two sales managers gave me stress and I didn't like how they try to pursuaded me. I bought Nissan from different dealership. This is the sixth time I have come back to this place, and because of that, I did what NOBODY should do. I trusted them. I found this car through an internet ad, with a price of $9,999. I just wanted a basic car that I could pay off soon. After wheeling and dealings ( my credit want that great, because everything was always in my husband's name), there was a payment that I could afford. My son went up there to do the advertised cash for clunkers, 4000.00. He was trading in a 2009 Chevy Cobalt. They offered him only 1000.00 and told my 18-year-old he needed a co-signer. No big deal. But when they put in my information (the dad) they magically couldn't find me. I went on their website and applied for the car in my name and now they won't stop harassing me with emails and calls.

DON'T WALK - RUN!!! Worst bait and switch game in the business. I was texting with Nick on Sunday and set up a time on Monday at 6:30 pm to go meet with him or his partner Mike to look at and test drive some cars and hopefully purchase one for my daughters 16th birthday. I had text him four vehicles that we wanted to look at. Be careful with this dealership. They will attempt to pull an extended warranty scam. They will also want you to go to arbitration for any contractual issues. They also quote the car at a lot price and then inflate the price of the options on the vehicle. There is a reason this dealership only has two stars. They are rude, have terrible customer service, absolutely no respect in returning calls, but most importantly- took advantage of a financially challenged 25 yo woman who went in to get an oil change and was swindled with an inappropriate interest rate, trade in value, and extended warranty coverage and price for a used car. I'd like to start out by saying, IF I could rate with ZERO stars, that's what they would get. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima SR. From the get go, in sales is the day, I regret not walking out of their finance. He was "RUDE" as hell. Nothing says "greasy used car salesman" than getting spam robo calls from some random guy with a Malaysian phone number. Of I was going to go into to debt for a product that would depreciate to less than 1% of its original value by the time I paid it off it wouldn't be from robo call car salesman. Do yourself a favor and save up your money and put down a large chunk of it as a down payment and try to only buy a car when you know you can pay it off fast and have a good credit score.
