Very disappointed with lack of care, service & empathy while my dog suffered & died. Palliative care is definitely a missing link with ABC. Stop asking " is this an emergency or can I place you on hold " if you're going to place me on hold anyway. Allie had 2 UTIs in the months prior to dying. Dr. Martin called to follow up, Dr. Wandrey did not. My concerns over Allies SOB were dismissed as heat-related. An X-ray was offered for $250 which would have not been helpful in diagnosing the tumor process which shut down her lungs ... read more
I hope this veternarian hospital has improved. When I brought my beloved labradoodle there she was dead in less then 24 hours to the price of over $4000.
