This office inundates you with unnecessary texts, emails, phone calls and when you follow up with a visit for your animal they make you wait 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment. I have been over charged repeatedly by this office. Once it took 3 phone calls to the office manager to finally get through to them they were over charging us on a puppy package.(Also of note their prices are higher than most other offices in the area) Lack of communication between Vets and office staff runs deep. I have taken my pets here for years for nothing serious so things were ok. In May I took my 6 year old husky in for back pain. After thousands of dollars, multiple office visits and lots of pain our dog suffered we found out he was completely misdiagnosed. This owner's 6-year-old pet dog was seen for difficulty walking in May of 2019. X-ray's on his back and hips were taken because of his difficulty walking. This pet had very bad hip dysplasia but he also had back pain and no spinal abnormalities were seen in that area. He was started on medication for his back and hip pain and asked to return in two weeks for a follow-up visit. Love their menu of services they offer. To many unwanted options for them to charge you for! I will never take my pets there again. Five minutes with a doctor for over 600 dollars. My doctor doesn't even charge that much! Pet care in California is terrible and expensive. My pet is just as bad now as when I took him there. Still waiting for that phone call!!!!

The vet is a really nice guy and it's a clean large clinic, he barely spent a minute examining our dogs on their yearly checkup and some very serious health issues with our dogs were totally missed. Checked their teeth saying 1 tooth needed to come out of our male dog, 3 teeth would be pulled on our female dog and teeth cleaning for both. I'm so upset with the way the receptionist handled the situation this morning. I need my dog to get seen right away due to an injury the previous day. The receptionist stated that because I wasn't the "owner" based on computer information that I couldn't schedule an appointment. And just like that because I the actual owner by liscence of my dog couldn't had my dog seen because my past partner was as am owner when we first took him to this veterinary why did that matter so much ? A Disaster !! STAY AWAY !!! My dog was taken here to be boarded Oct 27, 2018 when I broke my shoulder & had to go to ER, then, rehab. My dog walked in fine. 9 days later was a cripple. They REFUSED TO WALK HER, REFUSED TO FEED HER her own food - they didn't agree she should be vegan (even tho she walked in there fine at 19 1/2 years old), but, after 9 days on their meat dog food & negligence, she was unable to walk or stand !!! Originally gave this place a 5 star. But two visits for a constipated car costed us over a $1k each time. I feel like their prices are very high and quite you everything (blood tests, thyroid) instead of a practice solution. Likely to look for a new vet.
Hate even giving a 1 star. We have been using this facility for many years. Unfortunately the last 5 years they seem more interested in revenue then their patients. In the last 2 years we had 2 incidents that had were not treated correctly. One was a foreign object in my dogs eye. Said they say saw nothing charged me over 100$ in med and visit. Brought our pet home and in 30 min pulled out a 1/2 inch foxtail. Sent pictures, 2nd incident wound problem cleaned it out and given antibiotics. The would healed yet it was mis diagn... read more

We have had the privilege of taking care of Gunther for over 6 years. His owner brought Gunther in on November 18th. Gunther had run into a gate and presented with a severe tear in his skin. The best treatment for Gunther would have been to treat the wound under sedation, so that we could debride, suture and place a drain to treat his injury. This vet is terrible. All the animals I brought for urgent care ended in a bad way. One dog was overdosed on medication and killed and another misdiagnosed. The vet thought the liver was a tumor?! A relative took their dog in recently for glaucoma and they suggested removal of both his eyes!!! WTF! I dont know how this business is still operating but they need to be shut down for malpractice. Never again would any of my pets be taken to this place.
