I'm so over this place. After going for almost a decade because we like one vet in particular, they struggle to have the front desk folks on the same page. Today, we got up early, after making an appointment, to take our dog in for a bath. When my husband arrived, they said they didn't do baths on holidays even though I scheduled her appointment and got a price total. They didn't offer an exception. They didn't offer a discount. I've been coming to this veterinary office for over 18 years. But I think I'm done. I love Dr. Martin and if I could actually have him see my animals, or actually be the one to give me directions on what to do with them, that would be a plus and maybe I wouldn't leave. But the staff won't allow Messages to pass from me to him and so he never called me back even though I've asked. Worst vet ever! Never call me back regarding my dogs health after I paid $900 for his surgery! Completely unprofessional!. My dog has had his stitches in from his surgery over a month ago!They keep telling me the vet will call me back! why would i need the vet to call me back to get an appointment to remove these stitches!? Avoid this vet! They have gone downhill fast! The office attendants hate customers and it shows. I went to vet to get an Rx for my dog, instead of giving me the Rx they gave me a label. I mailed this in to get the medicine and the pharmacy called me tell me I mailed them the wrong thing! So I call ABC for the to FAX in the Rx. The lady on the phone refused to do it! She wanted me to drive back in because of her mistake! What a crok!

We took our dog in to get neutered. It was a mess from the beginning. We dropped him off and weren't ten minutes down the road when they called and said the price they quoted didn't include pain meds and that would be extra. Well hello like I want him in pain! So we agreed. This was so expensive and they had no clue how to bill us. There were several charges and credits because they screwed up so much. At the end it cost us over $1000. We were charged 3 times the cost of meds than we can buy on pet meds even though they said they would price match The staff vets were kind and knowledge but owner is all about $$$$

This place is a total scam, everytime I take my pet here they always cost more then they quote you, they add on tons of stuff that isn't needed and seem to call you weekly with something else my dog needs, finally had enough, I would recommend any other vet in town, this place isn't trustworthy and cost nearly twice what my new vet cost!

The receptionist is one of the rudest people I have ever met in customer service. All the other employees are nice. They dont follow up on animal. And they are rude when u try to call and find out what's wrong with your animal.

Absolute worse treatment I've ever received from a vet. Specifically, the receptionist Janika. Incompetent, impatient, and rude. The staff here, with the exception of Amanda, care more about taking your money than helping your pet. I would recommend going literally anywhere but here.
