We had a wonderful experience working with Abe. He is on the ball with everything! As first time homeowners, he guided us through every step of the process. Highly recommend working with him!
He was beyond helpful!! He took the time to speak to me whenever I called, without rushing me through, and explained whatever I needed clarification on. He made sure all parties received and completed the documentation needed. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. He was completely knowledgeable about the peocess and went above and beyond to support us in this venture.
I thought never get my own house but Abrahan gave me that hope and it was real, thank you!!!! He is very respectful and very professional, I will recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a home.
Abe was efficient ,easy to work wit ,diligent and made this whole process A lot easier. He was upfront with everything you needed to make the process run smoothly. This was not our first time purchasing a house which made things a little more difficult. While there were problems that arose during our process which had nothing to do with Abe, but yet he was there to simplify things. If you want the job done effectively, in a timely manner with someone who you can count on call Abe! You won’t be disappointed!! By far the best i... read more
Abe was extremely knowledgeable, always returns phone calls, very helpful, and I will always recommend him to anyone in need of a mortgage/refinance. Quality service that can't be beat. Thanks Abe!
From obtaining the pre approval letter to the very day of closing Mr. Ohanian was responsive, fast and efficient. He was always available (even after hours) and always kept me informed. He repeated all the info patiently and reassured me he was available whenever I needed. This closing involved a selling of a home and the purchase of another, so in the meantime, I had no home. Many times I fel... read more
