wanted to think this would be a great experience, but it was not. Very little communication from the company before the scheduled day of service, I had to ping them. Transfer from Medford, OR to Olympia, WA for my mom who has dementia. She is not medically fragile, but with COVID didn't want to risk anything. Over $7000! Promised meals, toileting, stops, videos and TV and stops along the way. Pickup at 7am. First stop to refuel and for breakfast. Gas station food. Atrocious. NO OTHER STOPS. Zero. On October 22, 2021 ACC Medlink committed to provide an ambulance to transport us 5 days latter. I signed the contract with a $1000 deposit. Within 40 hours of contract on October 24, 2021 at 9:08 am I called ACC Medlink at 800 550 1025 spoke with Evelyn cancelling transport. I told her I recently had surgery and was concern for my and husband’s health. So I booked my father to be transported from one state to the other. They were fine and I signed the contract . Then my father got Covid and we had to put the transfer on hold. They also told me that he would not be able to be transferred for at least 3 months (where is that in the cdc regs?). And then my father died and though they had plenty of lead time told me that I would lose the $1000 deposit. $1000 for absolutely nothing other than a reservation which was cancelled well in advance. I absolutely do not recommend this company because they change the quoted price when I was ready to book them. Thank god I found another company. We were able to go with your competitor (TMC) for the original price you quoted of $3500, not the $1000 increase stunt below ($4500) that you and your company tried to pull for gas and covid. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. WE WERE CHARGES THE DULL AMOUNT OD THE TRANSPORT EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT DO THE TRANSPORT!! THEY COULDN'T EVEN OFFER US HALF THE PRICE! THEY ARE CROOKS.

ACC Medlink worked with me to transport my mom short notice from North Carolina to Ohio. While I hope I never need to use medical transport again, if I do, I will absolutely use ACC Medlink.

I needed transportation for the parents from FL to SC. They showed up an hour late and didn’t communicate that with the departure side of the trip. The battery for the lift wasn’t charged so patient had to get on the vehicle by himself. There was not a toilet on the vehicle as promised. The seatbelt for the patient didn’t work.
