Get directionsDo not use this company! We book transportation for my mom and within 24 hours of booking, her condition changed for the worst. We canceled and gave this company a week's notice, and they still billed us over 4,000 dollars. My mother passed away and no services were rendered. The company is still billing us for the partial costs of more than 4,000. Do not book medical transportation with this company unless you are 100% sure you or your loved one will use it. Two thumbs down!
It sounds good but one things it's to much and it's not far if ur a veteran they should get rides free to them it's enough veteran has to pay a high price for wonderful rides after fighting for our country then have to come home a pay for a high price ride and that's the thanks they get
Do NOT use this service. They transported my aunt from assisted living in FL to PA. During the trip they never moved her from the gurney, did not give her anything to eat, did not change her pullups once, did not give her meds, and only gave her one drink the whole trip. I was VERY disappointed and should have just moved her myself.

Overall I was pleased with the service. However, it seems like there was somewhat of a communication breakdown as it relates to the moving timeline. I was initially told an 8PM pickup would result in my mother arriving at 1PM the next day. Then I was provided multiple arrival times of 2PM, 4:30PM, 5:30 and lastly 6:30PM. That is a significant miss from what was initially promised and extremely disappointing.

Every one was very accommodating, and kind. The only issue was that the oxygen concentrator supplied by the transport was drawing too much current, so could not be used. Without it, we could not travel (my mom required oxygen). Luckily I had a less powerful concentrator on hand, supplied by my mom's hospice care provider. We were able to use it, though I then had to send it back to Chicago. Not sure what we would have done if I hadn't had an extra concentrator.
