Satisfied and Happy With the Service ACC Medlink was very business like with me and to the point. I like that, I like knowing the necessities and getting down to the brass of things. The pre-transport process was painless. we had to reschedule once and ACC did it without question or fee. The crew was professional, showed up on time and had all necessary supplies and meals on board. A great experience overall.

Professional, Courteous, Best Price in the Industry! ACC Medlink transported my father from Houston, Texas to Phoenix, Arizona. He had two drivers and a nurse. They were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They made sure my father was comfortable during the entire trip and they took care of his needs. I was very satisfied with their services, and I was also happy with the price. ACC Medlink has the best price in the industry.

Professional and personable! Very impressed with them! We had to move a family member from Louisiana to Illinois, and we used ACC Medlink to do that for us. Personally, I was very impressed with them right from the onset. The entire process was very smooth, and their employee, Amber, was just phenomenal in helping to arrange things. They were very caring and compassionate people, and the guys who drove the van were just wonderful. The whole team was composed of nice, personable people who did a professional job!

Very pleased with the whole process! ACC Medlink transported a family member from one state to another for us, and they did a really good job. I was very pleased with the whole process, from the initial inquiry through to the delivery. And, they even followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied! The drivers were professional and skilled. The onboard nurse was kind. Our only discomfort was the cold temperature in the vehicle but that may have been on purpose to help the drivers stay alert on the 15 hour drive. They had to change route due to road closure because of high winds but we felt safe and arrived at our final destination on time.

Great Job! I had ACC Medlink transport my husband from Maryland to North Carolina. They were very nice. I followed behind them in my car. My husband got very good care. He was accompanied by a nurse and a fellow who was the driver. The only ting I would say is that when they asked me my husband's weight and height, I told them that he weighed 230 pounds, and was 6:2" tall.
