The crew was ver courteous and professional. My mither required a lot of nursing care and we had her cat and significant other transport with her. It was cramped but they were very accommodating and very supportive through the transport from Utah to Ohio. They deserve a medal for sure. Our families are very grateful for them and ACC Medlink for making this transition as easy as possible??????
The crew was courteous and professional. I had a lot of needs. Mom needed a lot of nursing care, her significant other and cat rode with making it a very long ride. They did it without any issues or complaints. Thank all of them. Especially Dwight the Medic. My moms condition required a lot of care and he was calm and cool the whole time. Our entire family is so grateful.

I was super nervous about the transport. The crew was awesome and they made great time. We traveled 1,100 miles from Dallas Texas to Gillette Wyoming. If I had to have one feedback it would be it needs better suspension. The vehicle was great but it was a rough ride in the back and you could feel every bump in the road. I am extremely grateful for the crew and the speed they got us home.
It was a difficult time and things were chaotic. When your crew arrived, we instantly felt better about getting our beloved Aunt to her new home.
My families personal experience, feeling etc we felt my father was put in a dangerous substandard environment. Medications were not checked and verified when picking my father up fir a 42 hour ride. Incontemce only changed 4/5 times, clothes reeked of urine, did not purchase food my father would or coukd eat. The lust goes on. Kayleigh off personnel felt all this was fine.She saw no qrong doing.
Couldn't be happier with the service received. Highly recommend. They were the bright spot in a never ending saga.
