I was reluctant about using a transport service at first, but ACC Medlink really put my mind at ease. They were easy to get in contact with, answered the phone every time I called. They explained everything very well, so I knew what I was getting myself into. The transport crew was professional, timely, and courteous. I really enjoyed working with them and will recommend to others.

David was our care giver and he was super kind, thoughtful, and attentive to my mom. He went the extra mile helping us get a prescription that we needed and just did everything he could think of to make a difficult trip easier for all of us but especially for her. Laverne and Kenny were super sweet and safe drivers. We were not uneasy or apprehensive about their skill at the wheel. Michael and crew were absolute rock stars transferring my aunt from Florida to Maryland. They timed the trip so she would sleep most of it and be the most at ease. She was rested and happy upon arrival. Glad to have her close to me now. Thank you for all you did.
