THE BEST TRANSPORTATION SERVICE! This company has been absolutely amazing from the time I Inquired about their services, to the drop off day. Fantastic job by all! I would recommend ACC MedLink to any one. They were extremely helpful and helped when I did not think I was going to be able to pull off making the transport happen for my Dad.
ACC provided prompt service. They coordinated with the hospital & we're on time, professional & courteous. Alexa made my ride as comfortable as it could be. And the driver was cautious but efficient. The team that took me home made my ride as good as it could he given the circumstances. I was comfortable & they tended to all my needs.
The whole team including the transport coordinators as well as the three team members who drove my mom and dad were great. They ensured we understood all the requirements prior to the transport, arrived on time for the pickup, were extremely kind to my dad and mom as they transported them.
