We had never had to use a medical transport before but were VERY PLEASED with employees & safe driving & they catered to our every need- always polite & courteous ! Thank you to everyone involved in this trip!
The crew did a wonderful job of communicating along my father's journey home. I felt like I could call as much as I wanted to check in on my Dad and he reported a fun time visiting with the guys. Arrival time was accurate to the minute and they time the arrival to work with the receiving facility, which was appreciated.

My sister Susan loved Erik. He made her feel safe and secure. I, too, was very impressed with Erik and enjoyed our conversations along the 21 hour drive. The drivers were very respectful too, and I always felt like we were in good hands.
Very kind friendly and extremely helpful
We used ACC Medlink to transport my terminal mother from Florida back to Ohio. Because of her condition we felt this was the safest and most comfortable way to get her back home. It may seem expensive at first but the quality and care you receive is priceless. My mother deserved the best care available and Medlink was the answer.
