This was a very difficult situation with our relative being out of state and not able to communicate due to a stroke. Not to mention the obstacles of COVID. The coordinators were amazing: Informative, reliable always answering the phone. Was given a quote for services; I considered it to be extremely reasonable, especially due to the distance and timing. I would have expected far more than quoted. Thank you all for such an outstanding service. I would recommend ACC Medlink to everyone.

Everything with the transport happened as represented and on schedule. The Drivers knew exactly what they were doing. The attending nurse verified all medications prior to departure. She was exceptional and cared for my brother throughout the night. He was in good hands.
