Families face very difficult circumstances when they need to transport an elderly member of the family a long distance. The entire experience from initial contact over the web to the phone calls, pick up to drop off was EXCELLENT!! The entire operation is professional, courteous and personable. I couldn't believe how great they handled both my dad who went from Florida to NJ with a TBI to my mom who traveled with him. We had to transport my father from Florida to Ohio. The travel coordinators were excellent from my first call and throughout the process and transport. The crew took exceptional care of my father and brought him to us safely and on time. The transport ambulance was first class and provided excellent comfort. The crew made sure everything was working and ok with my father before they left. The price was well below other transport ambulance services.
From start to finish the scheduling process and communication was fantastic. The crew was kind and professional and made the trip very enjoyable for my Father. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who needs medical transportation.
