Ever bring your car in for an oil change and then surprisingly see it taken away to the body shop? This is not a good sign. However, thanks to the King, all turned out well. The King, Mike King that is, was nice enough to back a shiny new car into the front end of my old dirty MDX. Mike King is the best service advisor I have had at any dealership. His knowledge is amazing and he is always very attentive. I have used him for the last 3 years and now he services my daughters car as well. Acura of Peoria does a consistent job each and every time.
Vince was so very helpful and made everything so easy to get my car done. It was so nice to get a loaner car with no problems.
Why? Ryan listens and is very helpful. He is a pleasure to work with. He never makes you feel like you're a stupid woman as a few others around there do. SO YEAH for RYAN!!!!!! PS there is no such thing as a stupid woman when they are a customer :-)
Ryan was great.. he was very honest about what service needed immediate attention, and which items I could wait on. Very friendly and outgoing too!
