We received a call from Doug notifying us of an opportunity to turn in our current 2010 RDX with a pull ahead lease program for a new 2013 RDX. During our visit Doug fully explained the enhancements of the 2013 RDX and took us on a test drive. He patiently demonstrated the vehicle's features during this experience. Dealing with Fred Peralta was a good experience. He knew the product (RDX) well, took time with us and allowed a sufficient test drive. We were disappointed with the Sales Manager who came in at the end and was overbearing. We may return to the dealership to further investigate a purchase if we decide on the RDX as our car of choice.
