This was my first visit to Acura of Peoria for service on my TSX Sport Wagon. Mike King was most courteous and most efficient in the way he handled my service visit. He is a very pleasant personality and he put up with me, an old geezer. Kudos! And the sandwich was good!
Vince was very helpful in getting my Bluetooth connection set up today. I was hesitant about asking for help, but Vince was patient and friendly.
Ryan has always been helpful and informative when I bring in my MDX. He has a positive attitude and is very knowledgeable about Acura's.
I own two Acura's and a Honda and take all of them to Acura of Peoria for service. I have used this dealership since 2007 and have been very pleased. The sales and service department are amazing! They make me feel like I'm family. I spoke with Vince Hancock shortly before the service department was closing and he didn't hesitate to tell me to come in for service. I always stop by the sales department when I'm in for service to say hello.
