Ryan was prompt in meeting me when i came in (as is always the case in the service department). He was friendly and asked a number of questions when i told him what was wrong so that they would have the best chance of fixing the problem the first time. Once the car was fixed, he explained everything to me and was very helpful letting me know what service the car was due for the next time i came in. Great experience. Tim Hague
I have gone to Acura of Peoria for service or when there is a problem with my TL. I made an appointment with Vince Hancock to see if one of the motor mounts was broken but it was worn not broken. If there is a problem then Vince will explain what is wrong with my car and and how long it will take to fix the problem. Everyone was courteous and efficient in the service department. Also, they will wash your vehicle if you want them to after service has been completed.
Vince Hancock has really gone out of his way over the past 5 years to take great care of my 2002 Acura MDX whenever it has needed service. He readily gets me a loaner car so I am never inconvenienced. Vince always communicates honestly and openly about what my car needs, helping me prioritize financially. He is friendly and professional and I have always felt like I'm the only customer that matters when I'm at Acura of Peoria!
I am on my second Acura TL from 2 different states/dealerships and have had nothing but great things to say about every experience. They make you feel like a valuable customer at every turn. My latest experience has been on the service side with Ryan Veretto and again the customer service was exceptional.
I went back to Acura after visiting your Lexus neighbor, no one can come close to Doug Randall. I had lots of questions and he was prompt to return my emails!
This dealership is one of the most helpful dealers I have been to. The service department always goes above and beyond and ensures the work has been done correctly the first time. Ryan Veretto takes wonderful care of me and is always on top of what is going on and help me! He takes great care of me and I would never work with anyone except him. He is wonderful!!!!
