Ryan was extremely informative about the work that my car needed and the associated cost of the work. He was able to put me in a loaner car and get me on my way fairly quickly. The service team was actually able to complete all of the work sooner than they had promised and they were able to accommodate my schedule as I was not able to pick up my car until just before 6 PM on a Friday.

This was my first visit to Acura of Peoria for service on my TSX Sport Wagon. Mike King was most courteous and most efficient in the way he handled my service visit. He is a very pleasant personality and he put up with me, an old geezer. Kudos! And the sandwich was good!
Vince was very helpful in getting my Bluetooth connection set up today. I was hesitant about asking for help, but Vince was patient and friendly.
Ryan has always been helpful and informative when I bring in my MDX. He has a positive attitude and is very knowledgeable about Acura's.
I own two Acura's and a Honda and take all of them to Acura of Peoria for service. I have used this dealership since 2007 and have been very pleased. Service Writer Mike King has been great to work with and I always know the service will be performed correctly. Mike does a good job and they will continue to get my business.
Eileen and Ryan made the car buying experience both enjoyable and efficient. Eileen made a friendly call inviting me down to look at the MDX inventory. She asked a few questions initially as to my needs, and said she had several cars to choose from. Upon my arrival she greeted me before I reached the door and invited me in. The sales and service department are amazing! They make me feel like I'm family. I spoke with Vince Hancock shortly before the service department was closing and he didn't hesitate to tell me to come in for service. I always stop by the sales department when I'm in for service to say hello.
