As far as we are concerned, Mike King at Acura of Peoria is a five-star employee and person. Not only smart and good at what he does, but he has an always pleasant, can-do attitude that goes a long way in making us feel like valued customers. Mike does for us and our car exactly what he would want done for his own family and his own car. My husband and I both own Acuras. We regulary get our TSX serviced at Acura of Peoria and our new MDX was in need of its first service. I called and made an appointment for both cars to be serviced on a Saturday morning. We arrived and Ryan greeted us and knew who we were and what vehicles we owned. I was blown away at the level of service. The waiting area was comfortable, and even had hot cookies. An outside shop that had recommended a differential fluid flush, and Ryan said they thoroughly tested it and that was not necessary. They easily could have told me I needed it and I would have spent over $100. Overall a great experience.

Ryan is the reason I drive 60 miles for service appt. Great employee and very professional. Will keep Coming back as long as Ryan is my service advisor.

Ryan has amazing customer service skills. He went above and beyond with our service needs. Not only did he correct what was wrong with our car he brought it to my work place. I've never seen this exceptional service anywhere but with Ryan. My husband and I love the quality of service at Acura or Peoria.

I had the opportunity to speak with Vince in your service department and he was great. I am a Nissan Girl and decided to purchase 2008 Acura TSX. I had called around to couple different Acura dealers in the phoenix area for information on my car. The information included parts, service, and oil changes etc. Vince was the 1st person I talked out of all Acura dealers in the Phoenix Metro area that was able to explain everything to me that I asked about my car even more.
