I have purchased two Acura's from this dealership. I could have gone to other Acura dealers but I keep coming back to this dealership because of their employees. Mike King is my service advisor and he is extremely knowledgeable and his service is excellent. Mike is always professional and at the same time takes an interest in my experience. He answers my questions with great detail and I feel he has my best interest in mind. Other dealerships sell Acura's but Mike is the reason I come back to Acura of Peoria.
When I brought my car in, I received, fast, efficient, professional, friendly service, as always. The staff at Acura are terrific, they had my car ready for me in a reasonable time and I received a service report prior to coming in, which was great.
My husband & I recently relocated from Ohio to Arizona and we need service for our 2003 Acura TL. We had purchased 5 cars from Acura previously and we knew that we needed to find an Acura dealership soon.. Ryan Veretto is the nicest guy you ever want to meet.. My usual advisor was not working this day, and Ryan took my request in as soon as I arrived. I had some recall work done and some service performed, and thought I might need a loaner for the extended work. He worked this out for me, but as it turned out the service department was able to get my car finished sooner than I thought. Ryan was able to get my car finished for me a bit sooner so that I could make my dental appointment. Great Service, Great Advisor!

I brought my 2013 ILX in to be looked at for a quick check. Ryan was very courteous and helpful and Caleb (sales person I bought the vehicle from) even checked with the service technicians to make sure everything was done and I was taken care of. Both gentlemen provided excellent customer service and even though it is about 20 miles from my home, the great service is well worth the drive. Thank you Acura of Peoria, Ryan and Caleb.
When taking my Acura in for service I have never been disappointed. Ryan Veretto, our service advisor, is always very courteous and helpful. He makes sure to explain what will be done and the total cost up front. He makes you feel welcome by knowing your car's history as well as remembering personal details. For example, I have 2 small children so he tries to make sure we are not waiting too long and when necessary he even helps move carseats into a loaner car. We recently purchased our first Acura. The RL we purchased was a 2009 and required a couple of "fixes" to make it perfect. Ryan took care of us immediately was extremely friendly and far exceeded our expectations. Thanks Ryan!
