Mike King is great at follow-up, doing what is best for the customer. The work performed is always excellent by the service area and recommend Mike highly for managing the process.
This dealer sold me the car using Costco pricing. You are the only people to work on the car and the car has performed very well. This because of the quality of build but also is due to quality maintainance. I alway go in early and wait for the car. The service is prompt and the car always feel like new when I get it back. We've been coming to Acura of Peoria for the maintenance of our Acura 3.2TL. Our experiences has been wonderful. The waiting area is sufficient. Acura provided free internet access,coffee and snacks. They also have a small area for the little one to sit and watch TV. We have not shop around to make comparison on prices. Mike King is always a pleasure to deal with. Upbeat and with a sense of humor.
The service is top quality. Mike King is very good with his communication skills. He gives options and details of the work to be done. A loaner car is given if the work might take more than a few hours. He calls with information on the progress and timing of the work being done. The car is always clean and tidy when returned to me. The whole process is enjoyable and stress free.
I bought a car from Peoria Acura, Mike Gallagher sold me the vehicle and Ryan Veretto is my service advisor. Mike was such a pleasure to work with during the buying process he was very professional and no pressure. Ryan has been a pleasure to work with on my service concerns and will always recommend both Mike and Ryan to everyone I know looking to buy a car:)
