1 month wasted. Just the facts: 1) Slow shipping 2) Slow returns processing. 3) No communication unless initiated by me. 4) No refunds for said incorrect part due to plastic bag missing. Basically free money when they make an error. 5) Other questionable policies: 15% restocking fee.
I just putchaed anAcura just only 761 miles on it and camera already not working. Called made an appointment was told would have a loaner ready. Made appointment for 9:40. This dealership is garbage I legitimately found a vehicle for someone led them to this dealership. They were very unprofessional because they never called us back to get things done. Then they do offer what's called a bird dog for a commission for finding a customer for them. Well the customer was a little bit difficult to get funded but the customer did get funded. I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I purchased a used car from them. They were involved in a big cover up on the quality of the car. The service department was aware of the problems and either did not reveal them to the sales department or the sales department covered up knowing about the problems. I'm reviewing their service department but their sales department was meh when I bought my car. Just do you homework before you buy a car and that will hopefully mitigate your chances of getting a bad deal. So the service department ... DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! they will lie to you! They told my brother they do a thorough inspection on all their cars and that everything is in mint condition. LIES! he bought the car only two months ago and it's a 2015, it's now in the shop for the second time. The first time left my 17 year old brother stranded at 2 AM on the side of the interstate because the car ran out of gas even though it said it had a half a tank. Their parts are definitely overpriced. I used their site oemacuraparts.com to buy parts for my car and one of their parts was $80 over what you can find on Amazon. Check Amazon first before buying from them.
The worst phone service I've ever seen. After calling twice today and leaving my name and phone number as they requested, no one has gotten back to me yet after 3 hours. Talk about unresponsive! Stay away!
This acura dealership is not what it use to be... I was greeted and then taken to someone with a horrible attitude. Definitely not a dealership I would recommend to anyone. Not to mention they never answer emails and rarely return phone calls. UPDATE: the owner randomly called me and said they would no longer be doing business with us. This is hilarious how they really don't care about taking care of their customers.
