I walked out of this facility without being seen. Upon check in the front desk person was busy chewing her gum which in my book unprofessional in a medical facility. Second beside not being particularly friendly she insulted me when she stated, I have sent the information to your phone, "you do have your phone.?" No I did not as feeling bad I walked out of the house without my phone not realizing a phone is a requirement to being seen. Would give them even less if I could. They didn't answer their phone when I called but as I was pulling up the front desk woman was lazily browsing her phone. Came in through the doors and immediately noticed how dirty the floors and walls were. Everything was dingy and felt like it had been put up quickly and without care. I gave them my insurance card, filled out there ridiculous text message log in system, and was told my insurance was inactive. After asking her to please run it again she continued to assure me it was ina... read more

Negligently awful. In severe pain- went to website where it allowed appointments to be made. Made the appt and drove like a bat out of hell to get there from a distance and was told they had no medical staff that night. Whaaat???? Why did it let me make an appointment? Why didn't they contact me on the way? The front desk had an oh well attitude as did the supervisor at a number I was given. You don't screw around with people's health like that. I wish I could give negative stars.

We always try to get another provider to come in and unfortunately on that date we were unsuccessful in getting someone to cover that shift. We do have 3 other clinics in the Denver area who would have been able to get you in immediately to be seen. We do apologize for the inconvenience as we know your time is valuable to you.

This was one of my best medical experiences ever. I went in on a Wednesday to have stitches removed. The doctor came out to the waiting area to look at them and suggested I leave them in a couple more days. Yes, she came to the waiting room and told me to come back--no waiting, no payment. I went back a couple days later and they removed the stitches. I was only there 15 minutes total. They were caring, competent, and quick. A great place!

Such an amazing experience here. Had a sinus and respiratory infection, was taken care of in a timely manner and the staff was just wonderful! Made the experience of being so sick suck so much less. Love it here!
