I visited this urgent care on a Friday evening. It was much quicker and less chaotic than an ER trip, but I got the same level of care. The doctor and nurse who saw me where both kind and patient, and made sure I was completely ready to go before they sent me home. The cost was more than a visit to my primary care doc, but less than a trip to the ER. For me, it was worth it to pay a little extra so I didn't need to wait until Monday! I would definitely use this clinic again!
There are a lot of negative reviews about this place, and I find them to be misleading. After reading them I was nervous to go in for my ear pain. But soon arrival i found the people at the counter to be very nice and empathetic. With Medicaid there was a two dollar copay, that was it. The wait time was very short and the nurse and Doctor were both very caring and knowledgeable. I would gladly come here again.
I have been here in a couple of occasions and every single time my experience has been fantastic. The doctor very knowledgeable and the staff very friendly. No complaints and I will recommend this place to anyone. A plus is that the decor is very inviting granted it is an Urgent Care.
Needed stitches on a Sunday evening. Quick service. Friendly staff. Awesome experience...other than needing stitches!
Had a really bad sinus infection. The PA that was on staff (and the ladies at the front) were exceptionally nice. Didn't have to wait too long. They wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. Would come back if needed urgent care.
