The employees were very nice but the facility was really dirty. The fabric chairs in the lobby were dirty and you noticed it walking in. The room I was put in actually had stains on the step stool and the room was dark depressing and not cleaned well. It doesn't give you much confidence when they require us to wear masks then enter a place that doesn't look like it's getting cleaned. We won't go back.
Everyone was very nice and my wound got cleaned up and I received clear instructions on how to deal with my cut finger until it heals.
Very professional, attentive, and fast. Clean place and will return when I need to.
My second visit in the past year, alas. The staff seems quite competent and thorough. Both my visits have been handled professionally and courteously. One required hospitalization immediately due to an infection, while the latest was a quick cleaning of a wound and a tetanus shot. I would choose to go this AfterOurs Urgent Care again, although they are not closest to our house. Thanks, AOUC team! Tom
We had a great experience here. We are from out of town and needed to get my husband seen. We walked in 5 min to closing and they were great. We never felt like we were an inconvenience for being there last min. We were out within 20 mins and had a great rest of our vacation because of their great care.
