Took my mom there urgently with high temp and covid, hoping to get paxlovid right away. They wouldn't treat her because she didn't bring her purse. First they said no, then changed their mind because one girl argued they could, then after I filled out all of the paperwork, they said they couldn't. I told them I could send her insurance info in later and that she has Medicare and Bcbs. This place is the worst doc-in-a-box.

Open until 11 p.m. most nights make this clinic very convenient. Efficient and friendly care for my wife with a UTI. Staff and physician were knowledgeable and answered all questions. The physician was caring and easy to speak with. Examination, urinalysis and prescription completed with 30 minutes. Thank you.

Open until 11 p.m. most nights make this clinic very convenient. Efficient and friendly care for my wife with a UTI. Staff and physician were knowledgeable and answered all questions. Efficient taking tests for Flu/COVID and coming back with results - have COVID. Then explanation of possible treatment/side effects and isolation period for me/spouse. Only grievance was absolutely no smiles or conversation from staff until PA who told me results. Maybe it was because it was early on Jan 2nd

I went to this Urgent Care a few years ago. So long ago that I can't remember why I was being seen. Obviously, nothing that required a follow-up visit there. Imagine my shock, then, to get a text message from them this week, telling me they are prescribing a remote monitoring device "as part of your ongoing care plan". The devices, provided by Athelas, have a monthly subscription, and going to the Athelas website, I see that the provider (in this case, AfterOurs) gets a piece of that. I went 2 week ago, paid $165 was told I need an antibiotic after taking it my symptoms persisted and went back, they want anther $165 to give me anther prescription. lost my business for ever, so much for customer service and customer retention. there's better places to go in this very competitive business.
