Needed stitches on a Sunday evening. Quick service. Friendly staff. Awesome experience...other than needing stitches!
Had a really bad sinus infection. The PA that was on staff (and the ladies at the front) were exceptionally nice. Didn't have to wait too long. They wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. Would come back if needed urgent care.
Went in to this Urgent Care worried that I had a blood clot in my foot causing swelling and pain. I'd been recently treated for clots. Long wait, could care less employees, and a doctor who didn't listen to my symptoms or seem to even want to be there. They confirmed at the front desk that they had checked my insurance and it was 100% covered under my policy. BUT 3 months later I get a charge on my credit card for almost $100. So much for transparency. This is all a shell game to them between insurance and these clinics. Ne... read more

Unable to diagnose what turned out to be a heart attack due to inoperable EKG machine. Luckily Patient chose to go to Littleton Adventist ER across street for what turned out to be lifesaving care there. Provide the health professionals with what they need to perform their jobs.

I visited AfterOurs following a positive pregnancy test, seeking guidance on termination options and to confirm the pregnancy through a urine test. During my visit, I was met with a highly unprofessional and inappropriate response from the individual at the front desk, who I believe may have been a nurse or medical assistant.
